Take time to pause and see Tauranga Harbour New Zealand
Vistas with a mood
Give thanks
You’re privileged to choose a time
Select an interlude

The evening of another day
Quickly passes by
Before you know
Tomorrow is here
Yesterday had to fly

THE STORY

The mood in the clouds kissing the water moved me. Common to many of my cloud reflection inspirations I awed under a wonderful firmament. on an amazing planet, the center of our universe viewing some magic scene. If I kept moving toward the horizon I would enter into this new world of light and wonder.

This amazing planet, the center of our universe gives us unlimited scenes to photograph. If I kept moving toward the horizon I would enter into many new worlds of light and wonder.

On this particular day, was driving around Tauranga Harbour looking for a special image to photograph. This beautiful vista greeted me. What else could I say?

I set the camera on a tripod, adjusted the settings and patiently waited. Then a creative idea motivated me. Throw a rock and wait for the ripples and shutter to open. The results made me a happy man.

To enhance the color in the clouds, I edited the image to get the surreal look.  You will note the similarity of the images to the poem “Whisper to me Sand” which was captured half an hour earlier.
